The high-speed rail system planned for California will eventually encompass more than 800 miles of rail with up to 24 stations. By 2029, the high-speed rail will run from San Francisco to the Los Angeles basin in under three hours at speeds of more than 200 miles per hour. The complex $8 billion program will run through areas of the state with extremely different geographical, environmental and economic issues, and includes the following 10 separate sections:

OrgMetrics is developing a tailored, executive leadership program that began with one-on-one interviews, a two-day kick-off workshop and 2-hour bi-weekly sessions. Initial partnering participants include the California High-Speed Rail Authority and the program management team. Focused on team integration and performance, their goals including helping the organization drive decisions, priorities and process improvements that support implementation of the integrated organization, and to co-create solutions that lead to a high-performing team and organization.
