Partnering in Action: Looking Ahead and Celebrating Success

What does the future of collaborative partnering look like? And how do we recognize the teams that are already demonstrating its value?

Two upcoming opportunities put both questions in the spotlight.

Collaborative Partnering: A Vision for the Future – October 27

Tomorrow, October 27, the International Partnering Institute (IPI) is bringing together industry leaders for an in-person panel discussion in Long Beach about the future of collaborative partnering.

The panel will feature representatives from AGC of California, owners, contractors, and construction management consultants exploring some of the tougher questions facing our industry. Where does collaboration break down? Who bears the risk when it does? And what will it take to build genuine partnerships throughout the life of a project?

The goal is to move beyond the usual talking points and explore practical ways to strengthen relationships, build trust, and improve project outcomes.

If you’re in Southern California, this is a great opportunity to be part of an important industry conversation.
