I'm so proud to be part of the OrgMetrics team. Throughout my professional career, I have seen again and again how teams who find ways to work well together toward a common goal are so much more effective, profitable, and happy. The construction industry is challenging but filled with good people. I love being part of a team that contributes to the success of those people. (And the OrgMetrics people are pretty special, too!)
I am inspired by people who won't sacrifice their integrity to take the easy road. People who can be relied upon to speak truth and follow their values. My dad was one of those and I have been fortunate to have known many others. I hope others see me that way, too.
I get tingly all over when adversaries suddenly see ways they can reach more of their goals by working together instead of against each other.
Although I have a number of 'things' that mean a lot to me, I most value my memories of special times and people. Those memories are priceless.
When I was young, certainly a Collector of things, relationships, and experiences. As I 'season', I enjoy focusing on my top priorities and limiting everything else.
I love taking long hikes in the mountains with my goofy Berne doodle.
Lazy days in Yellowstone National Park with my family, and especially checking in on Steamboat, the world’s tallest active geyser are the best.
Trying to make things grow in my little garden fills me up. I don’t harvest a ton of veggies, but always receive bucketfuls of joy.
I’m always doing deep dives into interesting books, both fiction and non-fiction.
