OrgMetrics LLC, was founded by Sue Dyer in 1986 to advance the art and science of collaboration in the construction industry. Today, we facilitate over 300 partnering sessions annually and have facilitated partnering on over 4,000 projects. OrgMetrics has worked with the San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for over 20 years.

President Rob Reaugh has served as the Partnering Facilitator for each significant project for SFO’s $11B capital program. To date, Rob has worked with 25 different progressive design-build project teams varying in size, from SFO’s $2.4B Terminal 3 West, the Harvey Milk Terminal 1 program, and the Grand Hyatt Hotel to the Wayfinding Enhancement Program, and the International Terminal Building Boarding Area A Gate Enhancements Project.

OrgMetrics Collaborative Partnering processes have been developed from the trenches based on real-life project experience. We’ve seen what works and does not work. We’ve learned that it is not the issues or delivery method of the type of project that determines whether a project will succeed.
