This year I am excited to be moderating the first presentation: Fast Track Trust

The panel members, Emilio Cruz (EPC Consultants), Michelle Jones (Rim Architects), Ryan Louie (San Francisco International Airport), and Jeff Robinson (McCarthy Builders) and I will be presenting a dynamic session sharing best practices for winning work in high stakes environments and maintaining trust once you’ve won the project. During this interactive session, all participants will be encouraged to share lessons learned on how to Fast Track Trust so you can win the job, and how to maintain that trust to keep the job. After you win the project, the real work begins.

Then, OrgMetrics Facilitator, Cinda Bond will be moderating the third presentation: Strategic Partnering for Mega Projects

Cinda and panel members Alfonso Rodriguez (Transbay Joint Powers Authority), Dahlia Chazan (Caltrain Planning), and Jesse Koehler (San Francisco County Transportation Authority) will share the background of the Portal Project in downtown San Francisco and the key complexities and strategies for managing multiple partner agencies such as the Portal Project’s six agency MOUs and multiple bi-lateral agreements. Finally, the panel will share their integrated teaming approaches and lessons they learned along the way.

Don’t miss these and other informative sessions!
