How Does It Work?
Each OrgMetrics Construction ScorecardTM is programmed to your project’s partnering goals and commitments. It is a web-based program and each project team member fills out an online scorecard based on the goals, objectives, and commitments made at the partnering session. The results are anonymously compiled into a scorecard report and distributed to the project team members. Your OrgMetrics facilitator reviews the scorecard results and provides a summary with recommendations on how to move the project team forward. This process is key to identify and resolving any barriers or disputes as they arise.
