
On April 17th, Rob Reaugh presents “Communication Beyond Words.” This is Session 2 of the DBIA-WPR four-part leadership mini-series, called Leading at All Levels.
Communication Beyond Words focuses on Communication styles and developing skills to enhance team performance in Design-Build delivery. Rob will be leading an online training in an engaging, active learning format so you can learn skills in how to quickly create rapport to develop connection; discover the importance of communication in a team dynamic; and learn how to plan, conduct and participate in an effective meeting thru a clear and intentional structure.

- Learn how “Make your Meetings Not Suck” by developing a clear objective, establishing productive questions, exploring conflict or a decision with curiosity, and taking great notes.
