Tonya has worked for OrgMetrics since July of 2012. She loves the immediate gratification that comes from the virtual partnering process and working with groups to help them identify their shared goals and commitments, so they have a successful project.
My kiddo is the reason I get up every morning and he inspires me to be a better person.
Knowing that I’m helping someone.
Photos of my great-grandparents when they were young and hanging out.
I'd love to be a minimalist, but I'm a collector. I collect Donald Ducks and Santas... and books.

I received my PPSC (School Counseling credential) and my Associates of Marriage and Family Therapy in 2025. I am now working on earning my 3,000 hours so I can get my MFT license.

I am the Assistant Executive Director for the Center for Community Dispute Settlement (CCDS). This is a family-run non-profit mediation program that provides Mediators for neighborhood and day-of-court small claims and civil harassment court rooms in Alameda County. We also provide mediation training to adults and youth as well as restorative justice peer-to-peer. My parents started the company in 1995. They have “retired” from the business in 2020 and I am carrying it on.

I am a Director-at-Large for PFLAG Tri-Valley and have helped develop education for school administrators, teachers, and districts on how to provide a safe, accepting environment for LGBTQ+ youth.

I am a wife and mother to one amazing kiddo.
