Louisa Garrett brings a unique blend of operational leadership and people-focused facilitation to her role at OrgMetrics. Since joining full-time in 2023, she has led administrative operations while supporting the San Francisco Collaborative Partnering Steering Committee, and ensuring the organization runs with intention behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Louisa serves as a Granada Little League Board member and is actively involved in her children’s schools. She is deeply rooted in her community, known for her reliability, warmth, and the kind of follow-through people can count on.
At a pivotal point in my career, I was looking for something more meaningful as my kids were getting older. I was lucky enough to have gotten to know Rob within our community, so when an opportunity emerged, it felt like the right fit at exactly the right time. What started as a serendipitous conversation has grown into a role I feel deeply grateful for, as part of a team I truly value.
When I was hired, my personal goal was to give Rob more time to be with his family. If I can get done what needs to be done in the office to make his job smoother and in less time, that’s it. As I've grown with the company my focus has broadened and now I'm interested in how individuals can expand their personal capacity through implementing DISC. I've found both the research on DISC and the support for teams incredibly rewarding. But with all of that said, I in turn want to be as present as possible with my own family. Knowing that there is an equal trust in the office and that family always comes first, is a wonderful thing. Daily, I love checking the boxes from my list of things to do. Helping people and teams improve their communication through the DISC is a bonus! The cherry on top is getting home to enjoy time with my favorite people.
For me it’s the people in my life and memories I like to collect. Things don’t mean much to me, if at all, just more stuff to dust. Music on the other hand is a mental time capsule for me, something I can always fall back on. Funny because I married the collector of all collectors.
Wisconsin in the summer. The house I grew up in, fireflies, lakes, fishing, sunshine, boating, golf, festivals, blues music, the Mississippi River, my parents and fish frys. Makes me homesick just saying it out loud. Every trip fills my cup.

If I had to take 3 things on a deserted island, my jeans would for sure be one of them.

I love eating all foods. Especially when I don’t have to cook it. I’m always hungry!

Otherwise known as nature’s medicine in my book. Adding a beach to this image is icing on the cake.

The kind you can feel it in your bones. This is not only mine, but my husband & kiddos happy place.
