Tonya  has worked for OrgMetrics since July of 2012. She loves the immediate gratification that comes from the virtual partnering process and working with groups to help them identify their shared goals and commitments so they have a successful project.

What do you do when you are not at work?

Mommymobile and Assistant Executive Director for the Center for Community Dispute Settlement.

Who or what inspires you?

My kiddo is the reason I get up every morning and he inspires me to be a better person.

What gives you the most satisfaction in your work?

Knowing that I’m helping someone.

What is the favorite project you have worked on and why?

I-580 Truck Lanes because it affects my daily life.
