Diane Jeronimo

Office Manager

Diane’s diverse background includes being a Certified Dispute Resolution Facilitator (CDRF) and award winner of the prestigious “Liberty Bell Award” by the California Bar Association for her leadership in facilitation and mediation.  She has the proven ability to lead people to resolution, even when they believe resolution is not possible and has successfully facilitated the resolution of hundreds of disputes.  Diane has worked in construction and has been a part of OrgMetrics for 20+ years.

FUN QUESTIONS:

What do you do when you are not at work?

I am the Founder and Executive Director of the Center for Community Dispute Settlement.  For fun I like all of the usual girly stuff: my family, pedicures, facials, spa treatments, reading, needlework, painting on silk.

Why did you choose to join the OrgMetrics Team?

Sue – she is my mentor and best friend.

Who or what inspires you?

People (yes, really – learning what makes them do what they do and helping them).

What is the favorite project you have worked on and why?

Happy Hollow Zoo: my grandmother lived in the neighborhood so five generations of my family (including my granddaughter) have enjoyed/played at the zoo and park.
