Bruce is a registered electrical engineer who has over 35 years of experience in project management, financial and statistical analysis, process re-engineering, quality assurance, graphic design, and information technology. He developed the Construction Scorecards and supports the facilitators and his team with the day-to-day administration and strategic direction for that program.
