What gives you the most satisfaction in your work?

I’m most satisfied when I can stay organized, keep track of multiple priorities through checklists, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Being good at what I do and supporting others effectively gives me a real sense of accomplishment.

Who or what inspires you?

My biggest inspiration comes from my family and friends, and especially my kids. I’ve always wanted to be a mom, and that role drives me to do my best and stay focused on what really matters.

What’s a movie you could watch over and over, and it never gets old?

Father of the Bride! I’m a romantic at heart, I love love, and I’ve always enjoyed anything related to weddings and the planning that goes into them.

If you could Travel anywhere, right now, where would you go?

I would go to South Korea. I was born there and adopted, so I’d love the opportunity to learn more about my culture and where I come from. It would be especially meaningful to share that experience with my kids and help them understand their ethnicity as well.

I’m lucky to be married to my high school sweetheart, and together we’re raising two amazing kids and our goldendoodle.

I love everything about planning—the little details and the memories made along the way always make my heart happy.

Community

I’m raising my children in the town I grew up in, which is something I never imagined I’d do. It’s been a meaningful experience, especially seeing them grow up with my friends’ children and enjoying that sense of a close, small-town community.

Potatoes

My favorite food—I’ll eat them any way you make them: mashed, baked, au gratin, fries, you name it. I’d pick them over sweets any day!
