I enjoy reading and going to the movies or Sharks/baseball games with my grandson Noah. I recently completed my second Master’s Degree (Business Analytics) at St. Mary’s College of California.
I joined OrgMetrics after working as a control systems engineer in the commercial nuclear power industry to support Sue with her growing business. I programmed and developed the websites and the Construction Scorecard program and continue to run them today.
I enjoy finance, data analysis, and creative projects where I’m able to design spreadsheets, marketing materials, process maps, and other graphics to support our business. I have helped design many of the one-pagers and models OrgMetrics uses to help explain partnering principles.
My book collection – it’s common for me to have three or four books going at a time.
My mom was born in Sweden, so I would really enjoy visiting there. I would also like to go back to London and would enjoy seeing Washington DC with Sue and Noah.
Most of my favorite fiction books and movies are in the Science Fiction or Action/Adventure genre. I enjoy Robert Heinlein, Isaac Asimov, Orson Scott Card, and many others. I especially like Frank Herbert’s Dune series. My nonfiction reading includes physics, mathematics, finance/economics, general science, and business.
Sue and I look after our grandson, Noah, and our two dogs, Maxine and Melody.
I enjoy studying emerging trends in data analytics and artificial intelligence and am working on how we can apply data science to our project partnering services. I developed the algorithm behind the Construction Scorecard Momentum Score and look forward to exploring more trends where we combine the art of partnering with the science of project survey analytics.
We regularly go to the movies and dinner with a group of friends. When I get to choose the movie, we get to go with Sci-Fi or Action/Adventure, but it’s not always up to me.
